Shipping and Delivery

Most of the products we carry are in stock and delivered the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM and

the next day if order is placed after 1 PM. Some products may take up to 3  to 5 working days for delivery depending on

availability, we will inform you of this on the confirmation call of the order.

Domestic Shipping & Charges

We deliver everywhere in Pakistan, the charges for products vary depending on the cost of shipping according to

their weight and size. Please contact us to confirm the delivery times and anything else that you feel you

Returns Policy

There is only two possibilities for us to entertain a return claim:

    The product you ordered was not as specified on the website and is in unused condition.
    The product you ordered was delivered to you damaged.

Please check the product at the time of delivery for any faults or damage. We do not take liability for the

product after the product has been received and the delivery has been done. An item will not be returned for

cases where you change your mind about buying the product after delivery or any related cases of this sort. To

return an item there has to be a valid reason which will be reviewed and we hold all rights to decline any such

Request on our discretion.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link

under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once

we've received and processed the returned item.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, the first thing you should do is get in touch with us at 0315-2528000, in case

there is no possibility to call, let us know at the earliest possible by sending an e-mail to support @ polanis.pk

Cancellations made after product has been shipped will get refunds with shipping cost deducted.

Refunds

Refunds are only available as store credit.
