Product Description

Spatulas are great for a variety of kitchen tasks and for frosting a cake, there’s no better tool than an offset spatula. The long, narrow blade is ideal for scooping and spreading frosting, the angled blade also keeps our hand a safe distance above the frosting but far more comfortable when held vertically to frost the sides of layer cakes. The icing spatula blade is blunt, not sharp, and is used for spreading frosting onto a cake or pushing batter into an even layer in a cake pan. It is strong enough to hold a big dollop of frosting and provides support when you slid those cakes from the cooling rack to a cake stand. They are also very thin which makes them easy to slide underneath cake layers.
